SCREEN CLOTH (WOVEN WIRE SCREEN)
WHAT IS SCREEN CLOTH ?
This screen used to be among the Company's fundamental products, and it forms meshes by interweaving round wires. It is still popular as prototype screen for sifting in such industries as steel making, stone quarrying and cement making.
FEATURES OF THE SCREEN CLOTH
1.WIDE VARIETY OF SPECIFICATIONS IN WIRE DIAMETER AND WEAVING STYLES
In addition to the wire metal suitable for the processing material, the applicable wire diameter and weaving style can be chosen in consideration of load bearing capability, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and sifting capability.
2.EASY PROCESSING
The screen cloth can be easily processed by "R"bending, other types of bending, cutting in various sizes and shapes, etc. and can be attached to various types of machinery.
MATERIALS OF THE SCREEN CLOTH
STANDARD MATERIALS : HARD STEEL WIRE ・ SUS304、 316、 316L
Anti-rust coating and other additional specifications are available depending upon applications.
METHODS OF WEAVING SCREEN CLOTH
Double Crimp Weave
This is the most commonly used weave and is formed of crimped warps and woofs.
Lock Crimp Weave
This weave's feature is the more firmly locked intersection part and it is used for relatively coarser meshes.
Flat Top Crimp Weave
Literally, this weave's feature is its flat retention surface with the effect that the local wear at the wire intersections is reduced.
Oblong Weave
(“Ton-Cap” Weave)
This weave's openings' shape is oblong with the result of a larger open area ratio, which produces a larger sifting capacity. Therefore, it is effective especially for processing powdery materials.
Extended Oblong Weave
(“Tie-Rod” Weave)
This weave's open area ratio is even larger than that of the oblong weave and therefore it causes less cloggings.
SCREEN CLOTH OF SPECIAL SPECIFICATIONS
These products are screens which are formed by setting wavy wires or straight wires with welded urethane. They are effective in preventing clogging and sticking of fines.
