TS DRUM TYPE PRESS DEWATERER
WHAT IS TS Drum type Press Dewaterer ?
This product's core mechanism is composed of an upper roll (coated with rubber) and a lower roll. And the lower roll is a drum made of looped wedge wire screen, which was developed by the Company.
Pressing is operated by means of springs or air cylinders. The water pressed out falls through the slits of the wedge wire screen, and scarcely goes back to the dewatered materials. In combination with an Ultra TN screen as first treatment equipment, the use of the dewaterer after it can increase the overall dewatering efficiency.
As a result, you can achieve a large cost reduction as well as decrease the load of the subsequent process of drying and incinerating.
FEATURES OF THE TS DRUM TYPE PRESS DEWATERER
The incorporating of wedge wire screen into the lower roll makes the dewatering effect superb. The preliminary dewatering at the feeding hopper's bottom plate made of wedge wire screen helps to improve the whole effect of dewatering. The applied pressure can be easily adjusted, and the stronger pressure ensures the stabler dewatering efficiency.
